Experimental Printmaking

Join Natalie for experimental printmaking and Designing Tools from Nature!

This is a playful, hands-on workshop where young people will invent their own drawing and printmaking tools using natural materials such as twigs, leaves, grasses and more! Through collaborative mark-making, colour wheel exploration and creative experimentation, we’ll build confidence, discover exciting textures and patterns and create bold abstract artworks. This is a workshop all about curiosity, freedom and finding new ways to make marks — proving that inspiration and creativity can be found anywhere. By the end of the workshop, each participant will select and curate their favourite parts of their artwork into a final unique piece to take home and treasure.

A FREE workshop taking place over the summer holidays at The Addy from 2pm – 4:30pm, Tuesday 11 August.

Guide age is 8-12yrs.
